Look carefully at the office hours, because they are unusual: Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday only 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. That is a department that shuts its counter at lunchtime on Friday and does not reopen until Monday morning.
